Frozen Water Bottle Roll

Self-massage of the plantar fascia is one of the most cost-effective interventions: it costs nothing, takes 60 seconds, and combines mechanical mobilisation with the analgesic effect of cold (if frozen). Important framing: this is self-massage, not a stretch. The mechanical effect is on the fascia tissue itself, not on length.
